Ward off the January blues with a cozy meal celebrating a little taste of Thailand in the Hudson Valley! Join us at 7 MIles to Kingston, a lovingly restored 300-year-old stone house, for a 5-course dinner prepared by Pruitt Kerdchoochuen of Thaiglish, Kingston’s own Thai food pop-up.
Tickets are $150 per person (+tax), with an optional $35 per person wine pairing for guests 21+ who wish to imbibe. Checking in and seating will begin at 6pm. Dinner service will begin at 6.30pm.
In case of inclement weather, the dinner will be rescheduled for the following Saturday, January 28th.

Small bites:
Chor muang - steamed rice flour dumplings with pork & peanut filling
Endive miang kam - endive with fish sauce caramel, toasted peanuts & dried shrimp
Lon kalamplee pao
A relish of fire roasted cabbage, coconut cream, shrimp paste & trout roe.
Served with seasonal vegetables & crispy rice cakes
Tom yum plaa
Poached market fish, tom yum broth, makrut lime oil
Kaeng hung lae & kao niaw ping
Lanna style pork belly curry & hearth-smoked sticky rice
Bua loy nam king
Black sesame dumplings in sweetened ginger tea

7 Miles to Kingston is a fabulous getaway to one of the oldest and grandest stone houses in the Hudson Valley. This renovated stone house from 1780 is high-end modernized. It sits on six acres that directly access Esopus Creek and it is accompanied by a contemporary event venue.
